Social Traders is delivering a fully funded program to develop the capacity of disability employment-focused social enterprises to grow their trade revenue.

The Disability Employment Investments GrowPlus Program will provide 10 certified social enterprises in South Australia with the guidance to make the most of opportunities to connect with business and government buyers.

Participants

If you're a disability employment-focused social enterprise, certified or not, and you want to grow your revenue and impact, this program is for you.

Selection criteria

The social enterprise must have a social purpose focused on disability employment.

The social enterprise's Head Office must be located in South Australia.

The social enterprise must have identified growth as an organisational objective.

The social enterprise must pay award wages to people with disabilities.

The social enterprise must have endorsement from their executive leadership team to participate in the program.

The social enterprise must have a senior team member available to participate in the program, including:

• Attendance at 8 online or face-to-face sessions (16 hours total)
• Follow up between sessions (max 2 hours)
• Attendance at a trade show in Melbourne in September 2025

EOI is now open and will close on 30 April 2025.
