I am a passionate advocate for social enterprise because they are an innovative breed of businesses and are working tirelessly to bring positive change to their communities and the world.
At Social Traders I have been building the social enterprise procurement community within Queensland. Leveraging on the successful outcomes from the Queensland market, I am now leading our advocacy efforts for policy and funding support at a national scale.
I believe that if more business and governments embedded social enterprise into their supply chains, we could create economic empowerment and a safer, fairer and more sustainable future for all Australians.
I have experience consulting to government and working in large institutions. I have also been a founder of small business and social enterprise. My education journey began with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne majoring in Political Science and History. I also have a Graduate Certificate, International Relations from Deakin University and a Master of Business Administration (Executive) from Sydney Business School.
